Social Work Research On The Old Man In Pension Agency That Have Adaptation Case

Aging has become a major trend of population development,affecting the majority of countries and regions.In the early 1999,entered the ranks of the aging society,the large base of population aging,the speed is unprecedented,pension problems of the elderly has become a focus of attention.Family pension is China's traditional pension model,but with the economic development,social changes,along with changes in family structure,social care service demand is gradually increasing,the pension agency has become an important service of pension system one strength.Facing the transition from institutional care to home care of this model,old people adapt health check mechanism and after a series of questions we need to get the community concern and attention.The author of Wuchang District Social Welfare Institute in memory of the elderly adaptation depth observation and interviews,discusses the performance and the reasons for the adaptation,and select an old man with a typical significance as a service object to psychosocial treatment modalities Perspective put forward recommendations for social workers,pension institutions and elderly family members after the main case for case work involved,and the process of complete records,summary and reflection.The full text is divided into five parts:The first chapter is the introduction part introduces the research background,purpose and significance of the Adaptation on Institutionalized Elderly,elderly social work and related literature psychosocial treatment modalities were reviewed,and describes research methods and ideas.The second chapter through observation and interviews,summarized and analyzed the performance and the reasons for Institutionalized Elderly adaptation for carrying out casework prepare the groundwork.The third chapter is based on the theory of psychosocial treatment modalities introduction and use of a detailed record of the pattern of the overall effect on the casework process.The forth chapter through interviews and practical process summary and reflection,from social workers,pension institutions and three elderly family members put forward to help the elderly to address adaptation recommendations.The fifth chapter of this study are summarized,discussed the innovations of this study and deficiencies,provide a reference for future research.
