The economic development of a country without self-directed innovation technology and brand,a national need to constantly enhance the national innovation, then education must take development more and more innovative person with ability as a primary development goal.To cultivate innovative person with ability based on"Emotion attitude and value"of curriculum goal in the new curriculum reform.This paper's research object is the middle school students.By the author researched numerous literature, proposes middle school students"Emotion attitude and value"the shortcoming in evaluationresearch,and discussed the research value lies fully.The paper take the NO.2 Middle School of TianLin students which in Shanghai as sample, adopt interview measure, questionnaire survey measure and the case study measure,for get a lot of real information and data.According to investigation result, the suthor solicit expertises advise abroadly, conducted experiments demonstrated fully,formed a middle school student"emotion attitude and value"of the evaluation index system,and through the SPSS technology for data processing, and appare the image of the chart form, with the data detailed and integrity structural.The research results mainly includes three aspects:firstly,the research breakthrough the conventional psychological models,take"emotion attitude and value"as a whole for research and evaluation,and explored the theory of this study supported,for provide a theoretical reference to the teaching practice;Secondly, use the modern educational assessment technique,builded the evaluation index system of"emotion attitude and value"for middle school students;Thirdly, through Statistical analysis the middle school students"emotion attitude and value"of assessment information,demonstrated evaluation criteria accuracy,the feasibility of evaluation index system and the"emotion attitude and value"with the close relationship between student academic achievement.Finally, by re-evaluation activities, confirms the use of evaluation results of the evaluation index system is a scientific and effective. This Paper, whether local or general, have achieved the original intention of the study successfully,and has a certain applications and reference value.
