With the deepening of the new round of middle school curriculum reform, the"Emotion,Attitude and Value" education of geography attracts more importance among teachers concerned. In terms of the subject of geography, the priority of this round of reform lies on cultivating students' practical ability in geography and concept of harmony between man and nature. The reform also arouses students'patriotic feelings and interest in geography learning, and helps students establish the right concept of resource, population, environment and sustainable development, which is the responsibility undertaken by middle school geography education. This paper, based on the study of the PEP geography textbook, usessuch survey methods as launching the "Emotion,Attitude and Value" questionnaire survey among teachers and students, and interviews among teachers. However, the implementing result of the "Emotion, Attitude and Value" education is barely satisfactory, which demonstrates that the conclusion of the "Emotion, Attitude and Value" education goal remains a weak part of the middle school geography education.This paper discusses the essence of "Emotion, Attitude and Value" based on the study of the new round of middle school curriculum reform, the quality-oriented education and the comprehensive development of people, takes specific cases as the subject, demonstrates that geography education could be launched through multiple methods, and emphasizes the study of "emotion", "attitude", "value" and the relationship among them. At the same time, the author puts forward the specific teaching strategy of implementing the "Emotion, Attitude and Value" education of geography for middle schools, in an effort to effectively achieve the "Emotion,Attitude and Value" education goal of geography in real terms, and improve the currently weak condition of the "Emotion, Attitude and Value" education of geography.
