With the rapid development of information and network multimedia technology in the 21st century, education is no longer confined to the narrow space entity, online school is the combination product of network technology and education, it is also a new and effective form of education in the information age.Online school, also known as network school,virtual school, is an organization form of online education. There is no clear consensus definition about online schools at present. The positioned definition by Baidu Encyclopedia is:"Online school is a field trip to implement the whole teaching process outside entity schools; as long as you have the conditions to access Internet independently at any time, any place, you can make self-selection of learning content. This paper integrated the views of others, summed up the concept of online schools:It is an education service institution, namely through the Internet technology to achieve some or all of the educational process. Just need a computer with internet access and learning card or account bought from online schools, learners can enter into the schools to study independently, it fully reflected the active learning features also better meet the needs of modern education and lifelong education, online schools can provide students with counseling and comprehensive quality training, also can share large-capacity teaching resources, fully reflected the advantages of modern network education. Nowadays, the network education is greatly developed in China, therefore online schools have covered the current early childhood education, primary and secondary basic education, higher college education and vocational and training education, as well as other levels and fields.Education and training online school is based on E-Learning teaching methods which providing people with specific knowledge, skills and quality training to meet the people's interest in virtual schools. Such education and training online school is normally provided by a company or enterprise creation. Their goal is to enable students to quickly have a skill and learn practical knowledge. Compared with the traditional school, education and training online school has two main differences:First, the main teaching method is in the form of distance learning, which based on online teaching platform, development and production of online course, and relied on management and operations of network systems.It provide specialized knowledge for students' skills training. Second, it mainly pointed to the short-term education and training. It is more services and applied. Its teaching content and scope are changing all the time with the needs and feedback of market. This thesis firstly according to the field of training content, carries on an thematic classification into the education training online schools, then selects a certain visibility and impact of training online schools as a case, analyzes the background of their development, curriculum, teaching and service features and other aspects. Through the comparison development of with the same type of training online schools, searches for advantages and disadvantages of domestic training online schools in development of process. With combination the foreign business operation model in developing, subsequently bring forward the experience worth learning. According to the current problems that appeared put forward the appropriate strategies and development proposals, finally discussed the development trends of training online schools.The thesis is made up of introduction and five chapters. The introduction represents the research background and content and meaning. Chapter One summarizes development status of Network Education in our country. Chapter Two defines some major concepts and their connotations, such as online school, Education-Training and training online schools. Chapter Three and Four are the core of the study. Chapter Three puts a survey on the domestic training online schools, including the development status, curriculum, teaching support systems and service features and industrial value chain. Chapter Four makes an elaborate description of the two cases of training online schools. The last Chapter according to the current problems puts forward the appropriate strategies and development proposals. Finally summaries the research and points out the deficiency existed.
