In 2001, the Ministry of Education promulgated the Basic Education Curriculum Reform Outline(Trial). In Outline,it clearly put forward"the emphasis of forming the positive initiative learning attitude", which was proposed as the most important question. Students are the subject of learning,raising students'study initiative is the classroom instruction need, it is also the objective requirement of the knowledge economy era. And the gradual loss of learning initiative has been a key factor which affected and constrained the teaching quality. The Study of how to awaken and raise the students'learning initiative has become an urgent task and an important issue.Looking over the domestic and foreign researches, there are many articles about the learning initiative, but when they expounded the affecting students'initiative factors, the majority articles mainly discussed from two aspects of the student and the school, rarely discussed in the reason of the family education aspect and the research in the strategies of family training. This is possibly concerned with the traditional idea which is"promoting student to learn is the responsibility of the school". Because of ignoring the factors of family education,the traditional idea of"emphasizing teaching and despising study"and the first-line teachers who are the majority of the researchers of learning initiative, in the research of how to enhance the students'learning initiative they lay more emphasis on the improvement of teaching. However, a large number of researches'results show that the factors of family education can not be ignored. Family education is the foundation of children socialized education, the basis of school education,as well as the supplementary school education.Low grades of the elementary school is the beginning of school education. That is why the author chooses low-grade students of primary school in this study. The elementary school has brought the curiosity and the challenge to the child,these has provided the opportunity and the challenge for raising the students'learning initiative.Parents should seize opportunities, and meet the challenge on their own initiative. Parents not only give proper guidances and help Children with homework, but also make full use of its advantages of family education to foster the good habits and awareness of active learning of children in their daily lives. The author attempts to use the documental method to prove the relevance between family education and students'learning initiative, which make up the previous researches which has the fragmented nature and lack of systematic about the various family factors in influencing students'learning initiative. And further uses the interview law and the case methodology research to summary the basic strategies and the measures in family training of raising the students'learning initiative. Meanwhile, the author describes the implementation strategy which need to pay attention in detail, that is more conducive to the implementation of the strategy.
