To cultivate the learning initiative of "morality and rule of law" for junior high school students is not only the requirement of the new curriculum reform,but also an important guarantee to train qualified socialist builders and reliable successors.It is also the fundamental way to implement moral education in ideological and political education.However,in the actual teaching process of the course,the rule of law accomplishment and training objective of the course: the effect.In view of the current actual situation,this paper adopts the literature research method,questionnaire survey,interview and teaching practice method and other research methods,combing the practical problems of related literature and theory,from the student subject,teachers,family influence three aspects of investigation and analysis,it is concluded that the morality and the rule of law class learning initiative of realistic dilemma,aims to solve the initiative in the teaching practical problems,improve the junior middle school students learning initiative,scientific strategy of scientific moral accomplishment and the rule of law consciousness of scientific education mechanism.Specifically speaking,this paper mainly includes the following aspects:Part I: This paper systematically expounds the background and significance of the initiative of morality and rule of law,summarizes the domestic and foreign literature review,proposes the methods and the innovation and shortcomings of the research,and summarizes the basic connotation and characteristics of the initiative of morality and rule of law.Part II: Outside practice school,for example,to the junior high school students "moral and the rule of law" class learning initiative on the empirical investigation and study,through the student questionnaire,field interview to teachers,parents questionnaire survey three aspects,concluded that the corresponding data and further analysis,understand the junior high school students,the morality and rule of law the specific situation of the learning initiative.Part III: Based on the investigation and teaching practice,analyze the problems and phenomena of learning initiative and analyze the causes of the problems from the subject construction of students,the leading influence of teachers and the family guidance.Through this paper shows that the junior high school students "moral and rule of law" class learning initiative from students to set up the correct learning concept of subjectivity,teachers through self revolution actively guide students to learning initiative of dominant and family and society to create a good education environment influence several aspects form education force to improve,it not only echo the teacher value guide and students subject build unity,combining the educational mechanism of new curriculum concept,also for implementing the morality and the rule of law the core of the subject teaching accomplishment in the process of education teaching provides a new strategy. |
