College Research Project Cost Management System Design And Realization

With the fast development of education and scientific research of China, technological research in university, becomes one of important parts in the construction of socialism and national economic development. However, in the current management system of university research project management, the managing staffs are lack of awareness for cost management. There is no enough measures and tools implement cost management. Therefore, it is imperative to optimize the management function of scientific research project in university through effective cost control.This thesis first presents the state of art in the research about the project management, especially scientific research management both in and outside of China. The relevant theories in cost management of research project are reviewed. Then, the status and problems in the cost management of research project in universities of China are analyzed in detail. The third part of the thesis presents the study on the management mode of cost management of university research project. The concept of whole-cost management is introduced. The key steps and computation methods are discussed. Finally, a cost management system of scientific research project for a specific university is developed based on the demand analysis.By using cost management of university scientific research project proposed in this thesis, it is expected to not only save the cost of the scientific research projects but also improve the traditional model of scientific research project management, that is, from single department cost management to co-management of cost by multiple departments, from pure cost management to whole-cost management, from post-cost-accounting to whole-process-management of cost. Hence, the cost management of university scientific research project will become more and more standardized and meticulous.
