The educational apparatus are a general designation of carrying out and insuring the soft and hard ware of educational activity's apparatus. It has become the most important mark to judge the modernization level of a school, and it also makes an effort to promote the efficiency of education. At the same time, the expenses of educational apparatus are arising, especially the advanced apparatus, and it is becoming more and more difficult to budget and control during the period of buying and maintaining. At present, there are also some problems in the administration of educational equipment. And now we have gradually realized the importance of equipment efficiency. However, we don't have a set of analyzing method to put into effect. So this makes us analyze and study from the aspect of life circle cost to provide rationalization proposal for the management of educational apparatus.It is almost vacant in analyzing EA from the aspect of life circle cost, but they are much more successful in aviation and military range. This article is to apply the life circle cost to education and use the method of qualitative and quantitative. The main theoretical basis is systematic science theory, they are whole principle , dynamic principle , optimize principle, model principle, and the basic idea of life circle cost analysis: Consistent expenses can' t be ignored, congenital life circle cost, and only life circle cost can judge the economic of the apparatus. We design a data investigation form.to investigate the multi-media classrooms of two different schools. the main investigation items are: Multi-media classrooms integrative investigation using situation investigation and investigation of each equipment within life circle. So we acquire the using life periodical cost of the equipments. The average cost, the proportion of the equipments during the life circle as well as different periodical cost of the cost and proportion.We make the following conclusion according to the above analysis: To make sure the cost distribution and tendency diagram during the apparatus life; to make related analysis between cost and time; to find the influential situation of equipment cost to multimedia classrooms cost and make related analysis diagram ; Use similar comparison ( compare same apparatus from different schools and different multimedia classrooms ,knowing the difference) ;Use lateralcomparison (compare different object in the same multimedia classroom and in same standard), Analyse their influence to this multimedia classroom and position in this multimedia classroom; T o find reason and error by Analysing data from different school ; T o make relation pattern between cost and life by synthesizing the life circle cost , Then put forward rationalization proposal towards management and appliance.
