Due to exam-oriented education in the recent days, skimming-text in Chinese teaching materials has been excluded from the scope of middle school examination, and therefore received little attention. Skimming-text teaching appears these two inclinations:intensive teaching and directly omission. Aiming at these actualities, the present research intended to analyze this problem, summarize and structure the practicable strategies mainly by literature review and case study.
