| The Study of the construction of teacher-student Community of Marxist Theory Education in colleges and universities under the new situation, refers to, taking the main problems and the countermeasure research of the university Marxist Theory Education in recent years as the foundation, taking the international and the domestic new situation as the background, taking the scientific outlook on development as the instruction, taking the relationship between teachers and students co-ordination as an entry point, and carefully examining the subjective factors of influencing the effectiveness of the Marxist Theory of Education in colleges and universities, and deeply analyzing and exploring the main problems and deep level reasons from the investigation, and linking to the education teaching operation reality, finally proposing the building measures and the optimized strategy.The main point of this paper is:under the new situation,there are a lot of research about the effectiveness of Marxist Theory Education in colleges and universities,but the present situation is that its education teaching actual result is not ideal, the subject matter lay in:we're used to excessively emphasize and stress on the external factors such as environment, even if part of the books are discuss on the subjective and internal factors, however,the most are only talking about one aspect, teachers or students.As for the subjective internal factors of the education and teaching-the core contradiction between teachers and students, has not been able to put it as a whole to take seriously and solve devotedly. This paper is based on predecessor's research results,in view of the investigation, analyze and press of the present situation's about teachers and students relations of Zhejiang's seven universities, with the practice of Marxist Theory Education as the platform, to take the relationship coordination between teachers and students as the new perspective and new path, and emphatically explore the construction of teacher-student Community of Marxist Theory Education in colleges and universities, it mainly includes:the leading interaction mechanism, the emotion cooperate mechanism, the motive breakthrough mechanism, the adjustment mechanism, the teaching platform mechanism, the corporate responsibility mechanism, in order to Strengthen the effectiveness of Marxist Theory Education in colleges and universities from the internal main body construction.This paper is mainly using the literature methodology, the investigation methodology, the behavior methodology, the experience to summarize research techniques, qualitative and the quota union, nalysis and synthesis penetration in research process throughout. |
