Legal education may , as a main approach of developing legal talents in ruled-by-law countries, not only develop the legal-talents' professional skills, but also pay more attention to cultivation of their moral-qualities. However, under the current legal education model in China , there is such a tendency that developing of the legal talents has more value of tool and importance of "a man" has been neglected. Therefore, the model can' t develop the talents' professional ethnic quality. In this thesis, taking experiences from the educational notion of talents with general qualities of US and UK, the writer puts forward such a legal-education model of "talents with general-qualities" through ways of "one-entrance and two-exits" .This thesis has five parts. The first part is the general introduction of humanism values in legal education, and makes pavement on conceptions of the next parts .The second part is a research of ancient and modern legal education in China and analysis if there were humanism values in these two eras. The third part is a general statement of the tendency of soviet-model in Chinese legal education from the foundation of China to the reform and open-up in 1980s and points out the shortcoming of "soviet-model" . The forth part is analysis on scarecity of humanism value in temporary legal education in China and puts forward the necessiy of reform. The fifth part is the primary blueprint of legal education model of talents with general-qualities, and expects to make achievements of further emphasizing the humanism value of legal education in China. |
