China's traditional legal education, civil law from the statute background, legal studies mainly focused on the theoretical study and understanding of, the speculative strong. Therefore, the widely used is the lecture-style teaching methods. This teaching method does help to improve the legal thinking ability of students and the theoretical level, but ignored the professional competence training. The modern society needs professional legal family groups should not only have a high quality, but also have a good vocational skills. In order to meet the needs of society, our legal education of several generations of men of insight have been thinking and exploration of a theme: how to cultivate both a solid theoretical foundation of judicial practice have a strong operational capability of the law students?When the wheels of history into the 21st century, this problem become increasingly urgent and more serious. With the deepening of economic globalization, as well as the extent of China's accession to WTO, China at this time and tomorrow in the legal profession need to be addressed not only domestic but also international challenges, China's legal education, of course, can not be closed in the traditional sights and mode inside. To actively respond to and adapt to the Chinese social, political, economic, legal, cultural and other aspects of the rapid development of high demand, China's legal education needs to be reformed and improved. And, as one scholar put forward the view: "Legal education reform should be to achieve a breakthrough in theory and from theory to practice, make bold explorations, bold practice, in practice, to explore a path through to." Therefore, this paper will try to U.S. Clinical Legal Education Model for theoretical analysis and presentation, and some universities in China to introduce clinical legal education model summarized the status of practical experience, to point out the existing problems and propose solutions to ways to view the height from the theoretical analysis of clinical legal education model the significance of China's education reform law.This paper is divided into four parts. The first part mainly for Clinical Legal Education in a brief historical development of combing the production of clinical legal education about the reasons for the analysis and description of the Clinical Legal Education in the development worldwide. With a view to a clinic, the history of legal education in retrospect, found that the historical reasons, the development of internal rules.The second part focuses on the clinical legal education's basic content of step closer to introduction. First introduced some scholars at home and abroad the definition of clinical legal education, and then analysis of clinical legal education characteristics of this new educational model, the final presentations on their teaching methods used and the setting of teaching goals.The third part is the evaluation of clinical legal education model. First through the Clinical Legal Education Model and the Case Method comparison, analysis of both similarities and differences. And then discusses the clinical legal education's personal values, social values, innovation and value. On this basis, the analysis of clinical legal education model emerged significance. Finally, discusses the clinical legal education model's faults. With a view to clinical legal education there is a dialectical understanding.Part IV focuses on the introduction of clinical legal education of our model analysis. First discussed the plight of China's current legal education, and then analyze the introduction of clinical legal education in China's model of practical significance. Next, a brief description of some domestic colleges and universities to introduce clinical legal education model, and explore the clinical legal education model in our practice, the problems encountered and proposed ways of digestion. On this basis, to predict the future of clinical legal education in our country will be able to be extensively adopted.In this paper a Marxist theory of knowledge as a guide, the integrated use of historical analysis, comparative analysis methods, and sociology and so on, in our part of the Clinical Legal Education colleges and universities to carry out the research results obtained and the basis of experience, research and demonstration.
