| This text focuses on the model of legal education and discusses the character of the international classic model of legal education , the development of the model of undergraduate legal education in China, the changing and development of objectives in legal education, the reformation of teaching content and teaching method, the value of the administrative educating system, etc.. Aiming for the leading shortcoming in the model of legal education in China, the text suggests the progressive thread in the model of legal education in the 21st century. The basic structure of this text consists of four parts, i.e. estimating and analysis of the classic model of international legal education , the development and actuality of contemporary undergraduate legal education in China, the leading shortcoming in the model of legal education in China, reforming and executing in the China's characteristic model of legal education etc.. The first part of the article estimates and analyzes the character of the international model of legal education, and expounds the chief teaching contents and methods. On this basis, it is to compare with the attitudes of each model, analyze its own historical and cultural background, so as to learn from their advantages, to put forward reform target towards status in quo of model of legal education in our country. This second chapter is mainly to look back on the historic development of contemporary undergraduate legal education, as well as the status quo of legal education in our country. In order to understand the Chinese contemporary legal education, it is need to grasp and know about its history. So as to further testify its advantages and disadvantages, it is must to know about its status. Legal education takes effect on the knowledge value by means of transmitting, conformity and innovating. Legal education actualizes knowledge conformity in the process of knowledge transmitting, and actualizes knowledge innovation on the basis of knowledge conformity. Legal education actualizes student's knowledge and diathesis training by means of knowledge transmitting, i.e. knowledge saving, abstracting and internalizing, etc.. It promotes law development and indirectly influences students'diathesis by means of knowledge conformity and innovation. Based on the comparing and valuing in the former two parts, this chapter from the macroscopic and microscopic angle introduces and assesses the disadvantages in our undergraduate model of legal education, and observes current situation of legal education in our country. Then the chapter concludes that because of the separation and estrangement between legal education and profession, the undergraduate legal education in university in our country is only a kind of academic education of law. From the analysis, it is ordered to reform and re-construct the undergraduate model of legal education in our country. It is concluded the significance and the essence of the thesis. The forth, is also the last part. It is the most important chapter in the thesis. On the basis of the analysis in the third part, it suggests the reform thread and the re-establishment pattern of the undergraduate legal education in our country. It claims construction of equal quality of legal workers, regards the undergraduate legal education in the university as a necessary part in system of legal-profession education, crystallizes the education objectives, perfects the education administrative management system, constructs comparative independent system of supervisory, and re-constructs undergraduate model of legal education with new cultivating objectives. It also suggests developing the professional quality of legal workers including quality of arts and science, legal ethic, legal knowledge and legal professional skills is the value and aim of legal education. Related with continuous legal education, perfect system of legal-profession education is established. In the same time, perfect system of legal profession is erected to support the pattern's rational exist and healthy developing. It tends to provide rational support for legal education reform. In this way, the problem of separation between legal healthy and profession must be able to resolved and the aim of rule of law must be able to be achieved. |
