The Study Of The Combination Of Science And Education To Cultivate Legal Talents In Agriculture

In October 2017,Xi Jinping pointed out in the party’s nineteenth report that the rule of law is a profound revolution in the governance of the country,and that the rule of law should be deepened.In February,2018,the central committee of the central committee of the communist party of China(CPC)central committee on the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy adopted the rural rejuvenation strategy as a national strategic agenda.The development of the rule of law in rural areas is an important part of the development of the country.With the continuous promotion of the rule of law society,the rule of law in rural areas has been developed rapidly,all kinds of legal disputes and contradictions in this process emerge,and a large supply of legal talents for farmers is urgently needed to be resolved.Therefore,it is necessary to develop agricultural legal education in China,train more legal talents involved in agriculture,especially professional,applied and compound legal talents involved in agriculture,maintain rural stability and promote agricultural modernization.At present,there are few legal talents involved in agriculture who can really serve"three farmers and farmers",and there is a dilemma that the quality of talents training does not meet the actual demand.The idea of combining science and education with the cooperative education provides a new angle of view for the cultivation of legal talents involved in agriculture.This paper first expounds the concept of combining science and education with collaborative education,composite applied talents and agriculture-related legal talents,using human capital theory,multiple intelligence theory,system theory and so on to make a good theoretical foundation for research.Secondly,taking the agricultural University of central China as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of agricultural legal talents cultivation by questionnaire,and finds that the agricultural University of central China has some useful ideas and goals,training plan and training model,but also some problems.The education idea of combining science and education with collaborative education is not deep enough,the training program needs to be optimized,the teaching process is not perfect,the lack of supervision and evaluation mechanism,the implementation of science and education and collaborative education is not in place,the results are general,evaluation system is not perfect and so on.Then through the analysis of the United States,Germany and Nippon legal training of their own practices,summarized to our country’s inspiration and reference.Finally,from the perspective of concept goal,mechanism system and platform environment,this paper studies the countermeasures of combining science and education with the education of outstanding agricultural legal talents,and puts forward five suggestions:unifying the thought,deepening the concept of combining science and education with education;Increase investment and build a collaborative education platform;Deepen the reform and construct the mechanism of combining science and education with cooperative education;To perfect the system and establish scientific organizational system guarantee;Create an atmosphere and create a culture environment that combines science and education with collaborative education.
