Preparation Of Assessment Index System Of The Haidian District Parastic Institutions

Organization management has always been an important part of government work, which relates the government institution and personal efficiency and maximizes human resources. While the theoretical study and practical exploration of organization assessment occupies top priority in the organization management. Based on the discussion of related theory and field investigation and taking towns and streets of Haidian District for example, this article analyzed the survey data and status of organization assessment, tried to establish evaluation index system for district-level government organization. At the same time, analysis of difficulties of evaluation helps to find countermeasures to solve the problem of organization assessment of street and towns agencies. This article can be divided into four parts. The first part focuses on the origin of the problem, analyzes the reason, purpose and meaning of the study on evaluation system of organization assessment of street and towns agencies in Haidian District, elaborates related review and papers of the theory, such as, staffing and other important concept and theories and outlines the methods and structure of our research. The second part describes the status of the organization management of our government, overviews the institution setup and functions of configuration of streets and towns agencies in Haidian District, which provide necessary basis for research of organization management, deep analyzes the existing problems and opportunities of organization management of streets and towns agencies and proposes the necessity of establishing the index evaluation system of organization of streets and towns agencies. The third part is the construction of index evaluation system of streets and towns agencies in Haidian District, which includes the construction logic, process and the main content. This part, combined with the objective reality of economic development and government reform of Haidian District, from a round and multi-perspective view of population, society, economy, policy, resource and environment, comprehensively and systematically analyzes the key factors that affect the organization management of streets and towns agencies in Haidian District and construct the index evaluation system of organization management through internal and external assessment by two ways. The last part, which explores the plight of construction and using of the index evaluation system of organization management, discusses the targeted and operable political ideas for solving major problems of organization of streets and towns agencies.
