The Research On The Application Of Harmonious Management Theory In Enterprise's Value Assessment

Enterprise's value assessment is the result that the market economy combined with modern enterprise system. Now our country is in economy transformation period and enterprise's value assessment is more and more important on the function with enterprise's reform and the opening to the world. But as the enteiprise itself is a concept of compounding and every enteiprise has different assets, management, technology, market factor etc, enteiprise value assessment is a complicated job even more. Then we can judge enterprise's value with a simple and brand-new method.The focal point of this thesis is to apply the thought of harmonious management to enterprise's value assessment. Through the calculation of harmonious degree we can judge the enterprise's value. Have comparatively analyzed the three major methods commonly used nowadays: market law, income law and the law of cost and limitation used.2.Have used the thought of the system engineering to analyze the influence factor of enterprise's value. Have put forward enterprise's value assessment index system and four main subsystems (Economic system, Social system, Potentiality system and quality system) and corresponding index system.3.Have used the harmonious theory in the enterprise's value assessment. By the calculation of harmonious degree of enterprise's value assessment system, we can judge thai the cooperation of the using of every asset of enterprises then we can judge whether enterprises are in harmonious state. In addition, we can find out the reason why the enteiprise is not harmonious through analyzing hannony degree of every subsystem, and then provide the enteiprise a guiding role to improve its own value.
