As a rising industry in 21st century, cultural industry and information industry have been titled the two rising industries within the global scope at present.it is the economic pillar of America,Japan and other developed countries because of maximizing profit and attaching importance to efficiency, effectiveness, profit.Compared with other foreign developed countries, China's cultural industry is relatively slow and lagging. After the policy of reform and opening up, China persists in taking economic development as the center task and vigorously developing the domestic market economy, which promotes the development of related industries. With china's joining the WTO, it is a new step that the phenomena of development of economy and prosperity of culture emerge all over the country. Cultural industry is becoming a major driving of economic growth. Chinese government is increasingly focusing its development, which has been listed as an important national policy of China.The 17th CPC Central Committee put forward the slogan:to deeply push development of the western region, to give full consideration to supporting development of central and western regions, to encourage the eastern regions to help and promote the development of central and western regions, to increase the strength of the old revolutionary base areas, ethnic minority areas, border areas and depressed areas, to help the economic transformation of resource depletion regions.As an important historical period, it is a rare opportunity for the development of cultural industries in minority areas. How to find the orientation of development in minority areas which is the potential one of cultural industries for development is currently facing a very crucial issue. Strategic research about the development of cultural industry in minority areas is following the step of the national development theme, adapting to the overall strategy of national guidelines and according with national total strategic layout of regional development.Through the field work in the research areas of one county, using the methods of literature and information, data, case, and contrast to analyze the existing status of interactive relationship between the development of cultural industry and the economic growth and thoroughly understand it, which can grasp the dynamics of the industrial development in available places. By exploring the issue how to optimizing the industrial structure to promote economic growth, it may be put forward the constructive ideas and long-term development strategy in ethnic minority areas.
