Human civilization have reached the unprecedented high level since human entered into the industrial age.The destruction of nature is also unprecedented. The highly developed industrial civilization brought immeasurable disaster to the natural ecology. People had extensive experience in importance of the degenerated ecosystems and the environmental protection.The films talking about nature and ecology has advented along with the expression about the environmental philosophy of filmmakers in film field in many countries.Among the numerous nature and ecology films, French ecological documentary films reveal the different style and features especially Jacques Perrin'ecological documentary films.His trilogy——"The heaven, the earth and the people"can be the best of all.They hold prestigious fame and have good power of influence. The last chapter analyzes the success of Jacques Perrin'ecological documentary films as cultural products in business,in art and in ideology as a cultural artifact and looking forward the benefits to the local ecological documentary film creative work.
