Bo On The Soup Out Before And After Summer

There are mainly four viewpoints that Nanbo, Beibo, Xibo and Zhengbo about Capital Bo of King Tang of Shang Dynasty before and after overthrowing Xia Dynasty. On the base of the achievement of the study about the four viewpoints, the author synthesize and analyzed a series of policies about polity, economy and military affairs of King Tang during this period by studying documents and archeology materials according to the point of view that King Tang was a great politician. Through looking after evidence carefully, it could be concluded that Capital Bo of King Tang was at Nanbo and Beibo before overthrowing Xia Dynasty. King Tang built Shang City in Yanshi (or Xibo) after overthrowing Xia Dynasty. The Shang City of Zhengzhou was a Capital in the prophase of Shang Dynasty, which size was bigger and connotation was more abundant than Shang City in Yanshi. However, it wasn't be built by King Tang. The characteristics of Shang City of Zhengzhou still need more textual research.
