On Building Socialism With Chinese Characteristics And Credit System

During the process of social transformation, the imperfect of the social credit seriously influences the healthy and sound development of the socialist market economy. It' s very urgent to quicken the construction of credit system.By defining the normal conception of economics credit and distinguishing credit under natural economy condition and the commodity economy (market economy) credit and classify the latter into two gradations, the author clarifys that the socialist market economy is the developed credit economy. Then from theoretical analysis of credit to its realistic observation, by analyzing the present situation and the reasons of the imperfect of the social credit, the author proves the importance of quickening the construction of the socialist credit system of Chinese characteristics.The author thinks that the socialist credit system of Chinese characteristics is socialist credit system which is based on the means of production of public ownership, and reflects the demand of modern market economy and breaks through the conventions of planned economy system. To establish and perfect the socialist credit system of Chinese characteristics , we need to do five aspects of the jobs which are the strengthening of the legislation and enforcement the law of credit ,the perfecting of government's supervision and administration , the deepening of the reformation of the system of property right based on the means of production of public ownership, the establishing of the credit record and supervision system which covers the whole society, and the enlarging of credit literature and the fostering of credit morals.
