On Guifu "shuo Wen Jie Zi Justice Certificate"

In the academic world, it is long time since researches were made on the four famous experts in ShuoWen Many people are devoted to the studies of Duan yucai and his DtianZhu as well as Wangyum Zhu yunsheng and the works, but few people have made reserches on Guifu,his YiZheng and the other related works, let alone thorough discussion of them ahd any comments on them .This thesis is an attempt to explain the content of YiZheng,the outline of the explanation ,the achievements in YiZheng and its limitations Therefore,,a thorough analysis and reasonable comment of it is presented.Chapter Ⅰ:Introduction. In this chapter, the life story of Guifu is briefly introduced,together with the contect of YiZheng, its importance and different versionsChapter Ⅱ:It presents the content of Yizheng elaborately from four aspects: paraphrasing the Foreword of ShoiiWen explaining the outline of ShoiiWen, proofread ing the original version of ShuoWen and explaining the paraphrasing of ShoiiWen .Thus, an explanation of YiZheng to YiZheng is given in detail.Chapter Ⅲ:The outline of its explanstion. This chapter deals with the strict and clear outline of the explanation of YiZheng. It's subdivided into two parts: 1.Explaining by examples the original Chinese characters. 2.Proving Xu's explanation by quoting a lot from ancient books and some famous experts.Chapter Ⅳ:The achievements of YiZheng. The achievements of YiZheng is given from five aspects: 1 Quoting a lot from ancient books and the related experts. 2.Proofreading and paraphrasing ShuoWen completely. 5 Proofreading and paraphrasing the other books so that the rare related materials can be obtained. .Keeping a record of a large quantity of occasions on which the Chinese characters should occur. 4.Systematic method and analogy in it can be followed by the later generation. 5.Strict and careful attitude towards study can also be learned.Chapter Ⅴ:limitations of YiZheng: 1 Emphasizing the original meaning of the Chinese characters, without the creative points of view. 2.Just following XuShen's explanations without correcting his false ones. 3.Lacking in adequate knowledge,which leads to the wrong proofreading of shuowen. 4.quoting a lot from ancient books. As a result,the readers are at a loss to interpret what he really means.
