The Lung Expansion Of Ancient Literature

This paper attempts combing the ancient medical literature in order to an-alyze and summarize the lung distention about name of disease, pathogenesis, syndrome and its treatment accurately .With the embodiment of ancient litera- ture, more complete theory of the lung distention can be summed up and the theoretical study of lung inflation really have the purpose of"tracing the o-rigin", so as to direct clinical research to provide a more complete lung expansion theoretical system .Through the study found that the word of"lung inflation"has a variety of meanings in the ancient literature, such as stasis, name of disease , path-ogenesis , stasis combined with the pathogenesis ,disease name and pathogene- sis combination of cough on the gas and etc . A variety of factors can lead to the lung distention , for example , the emotional disorders , irregular eating , maladjustment between work and rest , cough long time, attacked by six climate pathogenic factors , other visceral lesions . Pathogenesis of lung dis- tention has dysfunction of qi in transformation , retention of water ,stagnation of qi transforming into heat , qi stagnation and blood stasis , accumulation of phlegm-dampness in the lung and so on .Phlegm-fluid retention and static blood are the pathological product of lung distention . They can interaction for each other, the phlegm-fluid retention can lead to static blood , and also static blood can lead to the phlegm-fluid retention occurred . The course of treatment uses varieties of medicine, the main dugs are tonifying and replenishing medicinal, resolving phlegm and relieving cough drugs , antipyretics dugs and relieving drugs . Adjuvant drugs are blood-activating and stasis-resolving me-dicinal ,qi-regulating medicinal ,interior-warming medicinal ,astringent medicinal ,purgative medicinal ,damp-draining diuretic and so on .Acupuncture treatment always choice the points of Zhongfu(LU1) , Feishu(BL13) , Shaoshang(LU11) , Taiyuan(LU9) , Jingqu(LU8) , Tianfu(LU3) , Zusanli(ST36) , Yindu(LI19) , Dazhui(BU14) , and etc.Finally , by learing experience emphasizing lung deficiency found that in- sufficiency of lung-QI is the fundamental factor , want to distinguish which zang-fu is in disease status can through analysis of the phlegm-fluid retention, and phlegm and blood stasis is the importance in the development of lung distention . So clinical treatment should be given a different principle . The syndrome differentiation classification has pathogenic cold invading the lung, syndrome/pattern of phlegm-heat obstructing lung , deficiency of both the lung and kidney , type of mental confusion caused by phlegm, edema due to yang deficiency .
