The treatment group serum levels of NO between the two groups of Chinese medicine and western medicine group there was no significant statistical difference.Conclusion:1. With spontaneous diabetic rats with high fat diet rats were established DCM model can increase the myocardial injury was similar to human DCM.2. Yiqihuoxue experimental compound to reduce the large degree of myocardial damage in DCM rats.3. Yiqiwenyang compound can inhibit the level of NO content in GK rats, which may be one of the mechanisms of its control DCM.
