The Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect On Chronic Heart Failure Of Heart-kidney Yang Deficiency Patients By Using Compound Qifu Graules

Objective: To study the Yiqi Wenyang Huoxue Lishui,as the law,the overall concept and differential treatment principle,the use of compound Qifu granule in the treatment of patients with heart and kidney yang deficiency syndrome of chronic heart failure,to evaluate the therapeutic effect and side effects,and provide theoretical and practical support for the clinical practice of Chinese medicine treatment of CHF.Methods: 50 TCM syndrome of Yang deficiency of heart and kidney of CHF patients,randomized controlled divided into 2 groups,treatment group and control group of 25patients;two groups were treated with western medicine therapy,the treatment group on the basis of Western Medicine on oral compound Qifu granules,a day one.(warm water),two service points,12 weeks for a course of treatment,observation of curative effect and heart function in patients with BNP,LVEF,LVDD,cardiac rehabilitation index,TCM syndrome score,TCM syndrome curative effect,TCM symptom score and IL-6,ALD,UA and other biochemical indicators,at the same time,the registration adverse reactions during the test.Results:(1)before and after the treatment of cardiac function comparison: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96%;the control group,the total effective rate was 72%,the comparison between the two groups could be found to be statistically significant(P < 0.05).(2)before and after treatment in patients with BNP,LVEF,LVDD: after treatment,BNP and LVEF group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),comparison between groups,the treatment group than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Compared with LVDD group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(3)compared with the control group before and after treatment,the patients in the treatment group were significantly better than the control group in improving 6MWD and improving the quality of life(P<0.01).(4)comparison of Chinese medicine before and after treatment of TCM syndromes curative effect: the total effective rate of treatment group was 92%,control group total effective rate was 76%,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);TCM syndrome score: the treatment group than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compound particles in Qifu clinical symptoms were better than the control group,especially in the heart palpitations,shortness of breath,fatigue,chills,oliguria,edema,abdominal distension,obvious curative effect(P<0.05),that the compound Qifu granule is effective on improving the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.(5)before and after treatment in patients with IL-6,ALD,UA: the control group and treatment group was better than that of ALD level,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);IL-6 in the group after treatment were significantly lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05);UA levels before and after treatment.There was no statistical significance between the group and the group(P>0.05).(6)no adverse reactions were found during the treatment and after treatment in the two groups.Conclusion: Compound Qifu granule can improve the clinical efficacy,improve the quality of life of patients,improve the cardiac ejection fraction,and can reduce the level of ALD in patients with BNP,and may be activated by inhibiting the activity and RAAS system in patients with sympathetic symptoms in patients with chronic heart failure control system,thus,the clinical application is safe.
