Objective:To observe the clinical effect of sling exercise therapy combined with massage on the anti-fatigue ability of patients with lumbar disc herniation in rehabilitation stage. To provide a new idea for the rehabilitation treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:In this study,60 patients with lumbar disc herniation in rehabilitation stage, met the inclusion criteria for the study. They visit the massage department of Second People’s Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2014 to" September 2015. The random numbers generated by the program of computer software. The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 in each group. Two groups on the same basis of massage therapy, the treatment group was given sling exercise and the control group was given lumbar guidance exercise, every other day,20 days for a course of treatment. To observe the changes before and after treatment in the two groups of waist-dorsal muscles fatigue detection, abdominal muscle endurance test and Oswestry Disability Index, compared with two groups of anti-fatigue effect.Results:1.Before treatment, two groups of patients with gender, age, height, weight, disease course, there were no significant difference (P>0.05). It indicating that the two groups were comparable before the treatment.2.Compared with before treatment, there were significant difference between the two groups in low back muscle fatigue detection, abdominal muscle endurance test and Oswestry Disability Index (P<0.05), which showed that the treatment group and control group had clinical efficacy.3. Compared with after treatment, there were significant difference between the two groups in low back muscle fatigue detection, abdominal muscle endurance test and Oswestry Disability Index (P<0.05), which showed that the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:1.Sling exercise therapy combined with massage can significantly improve the low back muscle and abdominal muscle anti-fatigue ability of patient with lumbar disc herniation in rehabilitation stage.2.Sling exercise therapy combined with massage can improve the patients’lifting walking, sitting, standing, social life, tourism, and other activity of daily living and social activity.3. Sling Exercise therapy combined with massage is an effective method for the treatment of rehabilitation of lumbar disc herniation, can significantly improve the patient’s anti-fatigue ability. The therapy is convenient, economical and effective, and it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
