Observe The Clinical Effect Of Integrated Traditional Chinese Intervention In Non-specific Neck Pain

Objective:To observe the effect of feng exerices and Huai tang round magnetic needle and five types of massage on the effect of The non-specific neck pain and apply the evidence for clinic.Methods:This research Apply the quantity method and combine the key index sign of clinical symptom, neck function, life quality etc and the result of the laboratory check, physical examination and questionnaire.90 patients were involved in this trial, and divided into 3 groups in random. Patients in Chinese medicine group were treated with feng exerices,Huai tang round magnetic needle and five types of massage, physical group were treated with the computer middle frequency treatment instrument, blank group were no-treated. Every group measured by the non-specific neck pain scale,NDI scale and SF36 scale at the day of 0,1,3,5,7,10.Results:Bring into 90 case, the physical group shed off 1, the blank set be 2, all cases are good reaction, the actual valid cases are 87. The sex, age, and the scores of NNP quantity form, NDI quantity form and SF36 quantity form all have no statistical difference (P>0.05).After three days,the scores of non-specific neck pain scale have obvious statistical differences between the Chinese medicine group and physical group (P<0.05); After five days, comparing with the blank group the scores of non-specific neck pain scale have obvious statistical differences(P<0.05); After ten days, the scores of non-specific neck pain scale and NDI scale have obvious statistical differences between the three groups (P<0.05). But the scores of SF36 scale between the Chinese medicine group and physical group have no statistical differences (P>0.05).Comparing In the front and back of treatment,in treated group, there have obvious statistical differences from the scores of non-specific neck pain scale,NDI scale and SF36 scale (P<0.05); in blank group,there have obvious statistical difference from the scores of non-specific neck pain scale(P<0.05),there have no statistical differences from the scores of NDI scale and SF36 scale (P>0.05).In Chinese medicine group,the total effective rate is 96.7%; in physical group,the total efficient rate is 79.3%; in blank group,the total efficient rate is 42.9%, the class safety's proportion all is 100%, there have no statistical differences between three groups.(P>0.05).Conclusions:(1)Feng exerices,Huai tang round magnetic needle and five types of massage was safe and more effective than the physical thrapy.(2) Feng exerices,Huai tang round magnetic needle and five types of massage produce effective more quickly than the physical thrapy(3) The non-specific neck pain can releave by itself following the days. It is the same as abroad cultural heritage report;But there have no obvious variety at life the quality.So Feng exerices,Huai tang round magnetic needle and five types of massage can safely,quickly and effectively improve not only the clinical symptom and neck function, but also the life quality.
