Innovative theory on promoting effect of fracture healing by traditional Chinese medicine.Material and method:One year old Liaoningzhuanghe large bone chicken, WDW-100 computer control all-purpose test machine. Jieguqilipian. Duhuojishengtangheji.Sixty Liaoningzhuanghe large bone chickens were randomly divided into three groups:blank group, Jieguqlipian group and Duhuojishengtang group. Blank group give no medicine, Jieguqilipian group feed Jieguqilipian, Duhuojishengtang group feed Duhuojishengtang. P ut chickens to death by bloodletting three weeks later, Observe the case of fracture union by radiology,pathematology,biomechanics.Results:1,Radiology result:A few calluses could be observed at the end of fracture in 20 cases in group blank, and massive callus formation could be observed in 20 cases in Jieguqilipian group. And callus in Duhuojishengtang group is began to calcifying and molding2,Pathematology result:There are only cartilaginous tissue between the fracture in the blank group. There are half chondrocyte and half cartilaginous tissue between the fracture in Jieguqilipian group. instead of chondrocyte, There are all callus between the fracture in Duhuojishengtang group. And the callus becamed calcifying and molding.3. biomechanics result:The biomechanical numerical value of three samples as follow:Duhuojishengtang group is the largest, second is Jieguqilipian group, and the third is blank group.Conclusion:1. Duhuojishengtang can promoting fracture healing more than Jieguqilipian do.2.Dispel Bi can promoting fracture healing.
