[Backgroup and Objective]Fumigation treatment of an ancient Chinese medicine, is the use of the drugs produced by heating with water steam fumigation and to a method for the treatment of disease.Heat is a physical factor, the heat physically category, the heating effect of the fumigation process is a steady stream of hot medicine vapor direct effects on the human body in the form of convection and conduction. And pharmacologic effect is by the escape of fumigation medicine of traditional Chinese medicine particle effects on the human body, through the skin on the joint, by excited tissue cell receptor or play a role of function is involved in regulating metabolism and biochemical process, make the blood vessels around fracture and joint between the expansion, to speed up blood circulation, blood circulation and metabolism enhance nutrition joints, strengthen the fracture end stagnant blood absorption, reduce soft tissue swelling caused by oppression and blood circulation to slow down the adverse factors of fracture healing, etc.Study Chinese medicine fumigation "bone healing agent" promoting fracture healing with diabetes and the expression of BMP and other growth factors.Through this study, find a good solution to promote diabetes fracture healing, reduce and reduce fracture delayed union, don’t heal the effective treatment.[Methods]Choose healthy New Zealand white rabbit,36, a random sample of20in alloxan induced diabetic rabbit model.Divided into four groups, A and B groups (eight for the diabetic model group, C, D group all eight for diabetic model group.Sterile operation incision show lower left shin, oblique tibial fracture, plate fixation, postoperative5days for200000units of intramuscular penicillin resistance to infection.Group A is A diabetes drug fumigation experimental group (8);Group B for the diabetes control group (8);Drugs for diabetic model group C fumigation treatment group (8);Group D for diabetes model control group (8).Respectively,2,4,6,8weeks after the operation of the experimental group and control group in experimental animal tibia line X-ray examination, compare the experimental group and control group of callus appeared difference on callus quantity and time, the change of the fracture line, osseous healing and recanalization of the medullary cavity. In2,4,6,8weeks after rabbit tibial specimen, compare two groups of animal models.2,4,6,8weeks after A, B, C, D do only2per group randomly, BMP2, TGF beta1, bFGF, IGF, and PDGF content determination.[Results]Four groups of experimental animals in good condition after surgery.Growth factor expression, postoperative4weeks ago after the highest concentration of BMP2, group C compared with group A, D, significant difference,P<0.05,group C after postoperative4weeks ago the highest concentration ofβ1, compared with group D, significant difference,P<0.05。The highest concentration of IGF, group C after postoperative4weeks ago and the differences between A and D,P<0.05。In4,6weeks, group C concentrations reach2concentration peak, with A significant differences between group A and D,P<0.05。After two weeks, A and C concentration is highest, and group C compared with A, D, significant differences,P<0.05。A, C, two groups of callus appeared time and quantity are better than that of group B and D.Slightly better than that of group C, group A before4weeks after4weeks A, group C difference is not obvious.Fracture line disappeared time earlier than B A, group C, group D.Medullary cavity recanalization time A and C in group B and D in advance.Hematoma machine is changed time, cartilage, bone delusion appears time and amount, A, C is more than the number of group B, D, trabecular bone appeared earlier and ossification, early into chondrocytes and osteoblasts proliferation significantly.[Conclusion]1."Bone healing agent" can fracture healing in diabetic patients with advanced callus, reduce the incidence of nonunion, promote healing.2."Bone healing agent" can appear early callus improve fracture healing quality, shorten healing time, promote healing.3."Bone healing agent" can be adjusted in the peripheral blood of the bone growth factor synthesis, secretion, promotes the expression of BMP2, TGF-β, IGF, FGF, PDGF’s.4. Although the "bone healing agent" can promote diabetes with fracture healing, but we still have to actively control blood sugar, in order to reduce the incidence of patients with other complications.
