Clinical Observations, Yiguanjian Treating Liver And Kidney Menopause Syndrome

OBJECTIVE: To report a research on the treatment of peripheral menopause syndrome(PMS) with traditional Chinese medicine yi guan jian,and summarize the current progress and pathogenesis of the peripheral menopause syndrome, for the disease provides a useful basis .METHODS: The clinical data of 30 cases with peripheral menopause syndrome(PMS)were selected based on exclusion criteria, selection criteria, and scoring standards for selection.We used the Chinese medicinal formulae yi guan jian to cure these patients.Its composition is: North Adenophora, Ophiopogon, Angelica, Radix Rehmanniae, Medlar, Fructus Toosendan, Applications Kuppermann scoring to observe the curative effect.RESULT: From 30 cases of bradymenorrhea,3 cases were cured(10.0%),16 cases showed excellence(53.3%),9 cases showed effectiveness(30.0%),and2 case was ineffective(6.7%).The effective rate was 93.3% of all the cases. Kuppermann scoring was significant,P<0.05.CONLUSION: Yi guan jian can significantly improve patient menopausal symptoms, To achieve higher efficiency and the cure rate, reduce the relapse rate, And no significant side effects.
