Objective: Primary Dysmenorrhea(PD)is a common Gyne- cology without organic diseases whose prime symptoms include periodical belly-ache, lumbosaeral, even pang faint with other symptoms such as encephalalgia, dizziness, lack of strength, nausea, vomitus, diarrhea and so on. Even effecting studies, works, and lives. It occurs in unmarried adolescent girls or young women menarche after 2 to 3 years. According to the survey, in China, Dysmenorrhea occurred in 33.1%, which accounted for 53.2% of PD, accounting for 13.55% serious.Modern medicine treatment of PD although drug efficacy, but there are certain side effects. Chinese medicine and acupuncture in the treatment of the disease showed a clear advantage. Tutor found Substance-partitioned Moxibustion at treatment of PD on the basis of medical theories and clinical practice in the long-term exploration, based on the prevalence of the disease,"Hanning uterus, blood running impeded, obstructed blood flow"machine, act from"the cold-dispelling temperature dehumidifier, Blood Circulation pain"and achieved good clinical efficacy. For a scientific test its effectiveness, we started in-depth research. This study was designed to observe the adoption of PD of cold-damp stagnation patients before and after treatment of dysmenorrhea symptoms of dysmenorrhea integral value, onset time of dysmenorrhea and observe the changes in the relevant indicators change, and evaluat at the PD of cold-damp stagnation of moxibustion treatment for clinical efficacy and the treatment mechanism. For the clinical application of this broad non-drug therapy to provide more reliable scientific basis. Methods: 209 patients(from the topics hospitals during Feb. 2006 to Sep. 2007) with PD of the cold-damp stagnation were chosen. They were randomly divided into treatment group(n=105) and control group(n=104). The patients in treatment group took Moxibustion and once a day, while in control group given Tongjingbao Granule one pack per time and twice a day. Before and three menstrual cycles after the treatment, the scores and duration of abdominal pain, the scores of other symptoms and signs were recorded. The indexes of blood theology were also detected. Treatment group and control group in 40 patients before treatment and follow-up to the first month of menstrual cramps blood serum PGF2α, PGE2, NO, levels of serocym ET- 1,β-EP, AVP content. And 20 cases for the normal group (ladies between 17 and 27 without PD) of menstrual cramps blood as the two sets. Datas was analyzed by soft ware SPSS11.5.Results: 1 Comparison of curative effect: The total effective rate of treatment group was 95.24%, otherwise, 85.58% of control group. The curative effect of treatment group was superior to that of control group(P<0.05). The overall effect of the two groups, the difference was significant(P<0.01).2 Comparison of dysmenorrhea symptom scores prior and post treatment: Between the two groups of patients with the 1st course of treatment and follow-up of 2, 3 section 1, 2, 3, dysmenorrhea symptom scores statistically significant(P<0.01). And the two groups before treatment and treatment of 2, 3 and follow-up three-month period, there was a significant difference of significance (P<0.01). And the two groups before treatment and follow-up treatment of 2, 3 three-month period, there was a significant difference of significance (P<0.01); And the first two groups before treatment and follow-up treatment of 2,3 three-month period, there was a significant difference of significance (P<0.01). A statistically significant treatment group good effect. Follow-up treatment group compared 1, 2 months and 2, 3 months follow-up, the differences were not significant (P>0.05), but the follow-up section 1, 3 months, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);Follow-up control group, 2 months, the difference was not significant (P>0.05), follow-up, 2 months and the first three follow-up period of comparison, the differences were significant (P<0.01); Two of the course of treatment and follow-up after three months of symptom scores were significantly lower, and the treatment group decreased more significantly, the treatment group than the control group.3 Dysmenorrhea symptoms before and after treatment were integral value of the comparison: Dysmenorrhea treatment of the two groups before and after the onset time of the comparison, Article 3 treatment groups after the end of abdominal pain began to reduce time and the first after the end of a course of treatment, the differences were very significant (P<0.01); Article 3 treatment groups after the end of abdominal pain began to reduce time and No. 2 after the end of treatment, the differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05). Between the two groups, paragraphs 1, 2, 3 after the end of treatment to reduce time of the abdominal pain started, there was a significant difference of significance (P<0.01). In the two groups after the end of the course of treatment to reduce pain began to shorten both the time, especially the first three treatment after treatment began reduce pain significantly shorten the time. The treatment group was significantly better than the control group.4 Changes of Biochemical parameters prior and post treatment. Two treatment PGF2αof menstrual blood and serum PGF2αlevels, PGF2α/PGE2 ratio difference was statistically signi- ficant(P<0.05), the effect of the treatment group better; After treatment, and normal serum PGF2αlevels,PGF2α/ PGE2 ratio, the difference was not significant (P>0.05). The two groups after treatment serocym ET-1 levels in the comparison: a statistically significant difference was significant (P<0.01), the effect of the treatment group better; The control group after treatment with the normal group, thelevels of serocym ET-1, a statistically significant difference was significant (P<0.01). Two after treated, serum PGE2, NO, serocym ET-1,β-EP, AVP content andβ-EP, AVP content compared with the normal group, the differences were not significant(P>0.05), the two groups have yielded good to normal levels.Conclusion:1 Substance-partitioned Moxibustion at significantly reduce cold-damp stagnation of PD symptoms, patients integral to shorten the time of onset dysmenorrhea, and enhance long-term analgesic efficacy, clinical efficacy precise.2 Substance-partitioned Moxibustion at reduced cold-damp stagnation of PD in patients'menstrual blood PGF2αand serum PGF2αlevels, PGF2α/PGE2 ratio, serocym ET-1, AVP content and enhance serum PGE2, NO, serocymβ-EP content; substance -partitioned Moxibustion to the treatment effect can normalize of endosecretory environment and regulating the contraction of uterus and loccal vessel.3 Substance-partitioned Moxibustion at the treatment of PD with significant effect and with less side effect.
