Clinical Investigations On The Treatment Of Primary Dysmenorrhea Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis With Jingshuyin Formula

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jingshuyin (JSY)Formula on treatingPrimary Dysmenorrhea(PD)of qi stagnation and blood stasis, and to explore its mechanismof action.Method:Choose60patients who belong to PD of qi stagnation and bloodstasis.divided them randomly into test group(30cases,treated with JSY Formula),andcontrol group(30cases,treated with Honghua RuYi Pill).Both groups started at7daysbefore the menstrual period and lasted10days a course contained3menstrualcycles.Before and after treatment the two groups effect on PD, symptom of TraditionalChinese Medicine(TCM),the change of the uterine blood circulation and the bloodrheology.Results:The cure markedly effective rate of the treatment group is90.10%，and thetotal effective rate is73.40%.While the cure markedly effective rate of the control group is36.70%，and the total effective rate is66.70%.The therapeutic effect on PD has difference between2groups (P<0.05).The TCM symptom of the test group and control group is significantly different (P<0.05).After the treatment of the two groups,the pulsatility index、resistant index were alldecreased,whole blood high-shear viscosity,whole blood low-shear viscosity, plasma viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index,were improved(the treatment group P<0.01, the control group (P<0.05).Treatment group in the change of whole blood high-shearviscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation index,and so on were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: JSY is an effective recipe in treating PD of qi stagnation andbloodstasis,which improve the clinical symptom.The effect can be achieved by improvingbasin antrum blood circle and reducing blood resistance, improving blood viscosity andmicrocirculation of pelvis cavity,. They are part of JSY mechanism of action,in addition.
