| Purpose: It provides a theoretical basis that Clinicians can choose a more effective clinical treatment, for cases of extensive diversity and alternative methods of treatment by Observation of Changchun University Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Blockage alpine type knee osteoarthritis clinical efficacy through randomized controlled method.Method: All cases were from the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Orthopedic treatment area since the March 2008 year in January 2010. According to case inclusion criteria and case exclusion criteria, the 60 (102 knees) Blockage alpine type of knee osteoarthritis patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. Treatment group were treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine, Changchun University Hospital orthopedic treatment area standardized therapy (oral decoction of Chinese medicine with traditional Chinese medicine injection collapse stains external + static point Lugua peptide). Control group was treated with injection of sodium hyaluronate injected into the joint cavity. All patients were treated with physical therapy and physical therapy. All patients were treated 30 days as a course of treatment, and followed up for 1 month. Recording and compareing the data about improvement in symptoms of knee between the treatment group and control group patients.Result: After treatment, the treatment group and control group had significant improvement of the indicators. The indicators of before treatment or after treatment is significantly different (P<0.01). The treatment group of 49 knees, recovered three knee, accounting for 6.12%; markedly 23 knees, accounting for 46.94%; effective 21 knee, accounting for 42.86%; invalid 2 knee, accounting for 4.08%. The control group of 53 knees, the knee recovered 0, 0%; markedly 18 knees, accounting for 33.96%; effective 26 knee, accounting for 49.06%; invalid 9 knees, accounting for 16.98%. The total effective rate was 95.92% in the treatment group,however, the total effective rate was 83.02% in the control group. After treatment,symptom scores between two groups were significantly difference through statistical analysis(P<0.01). significant difference can be observed in the treatment group that was better than the control group. Conclusion: Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Orthopedic treatment area Blockage of standardized therapy for treating type Alpine knee osteoarthritis is effective, with the currently accepted intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate injection effect is more obvious than worthy of clinical application. |
