Cervical cancer is one of the most common malignancy of women, the incidence rate ranks second in the world, and in recent years, significant incidence of getting younger and younger, serious threat to women's health and life.To reduce morbidity and mortality of cervical cancer, now commonly used liquid-based thin layer cytology techniques.According to a number of epidemiological and related research in recent years, the results confirmed the occurrence and development of many cancers associated with inflammation, accounting for about 15% of all tumors, many tumor from infection, long-term irritation and chronic inflammation are formed.MIF (macrophage migration inhibitory factor) is Bloom and Bennet 1966, delayed hypersensitivity and other research found that a cellular factor.MIF-related inflammation in the digestive system, precancerous lesions and tumors associated overexpressed, and the trend was gradually increased, there were reports speculated that MIF may be the connection point of inflammation and cancer. Therefore aim of this immunohistochemical detection of cervical exfoliated cells the expression of MIF protein was observed in normal cervical cells in the development of MIF to ASCUS, LSIL, HSIL, and the corresponding tissue pathology were observed MIF relations and the involvement of cervical from inflammation to development of precancerous lesions and cancer in the last entire development process.Purpose:Collection of exfoliated cervical cells, detected by immunohistochemistry MIF in cervical lesions of different expression, see different levels of MIF in cervical exfoliated cells and the expression of pathological examination in the corresponding coincidence rate.Method:Collected in October 2008-2009 years in December at the First Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi Medical University, outpatient, voluntary check of patient data line TCT, TCT positive one (ie:TBS classification system in the ASCUS and above lesion) line colposcopy and biopsy for pathological diagnosis.TCT positive samples at randomly selected sample of 81 cases as the experimental group were classified by cytology ASCUS, LSIL, HSIL three groups, while TCT test results over the same period were randomly selected 10 cases of normal samples as control group.Using immunohistochemical detection of cervical exfoliated cells and cervical biopsies in the expression of MIF was observed with the development of cervical lesions, MIF expression and trends, and compare the MIF in cervical exfoliated cells and tissues in line degree.Statistical analysis using SpSS13.0 statistical software, usingχ2 test,P<0.05 significant difference.Content:1.MIF not expressed in normal cells, in normal, ASCUS, LSIL, HSIL group, the expression of difference was statistically significant. MIF expression in the cell block rate increased with the severity of lesions increased gradually, were 0%(0/10),32.0%(8/25), 63.9%(23/36),70.0%(7/10)。MIF in the ASCUS, LSIL, HSIL group, MIF positive expression rates were significantly higher than in normal group, the difference was statistically significant (p <0.05), while LSIL, HSIL group, MIF positive expression rates were significantly higher compared with ASCUS, There was significant difference (p<0.05), LSIL and HSIL group MIF positive expression group there was no significant difference (p> 0.05)。2.ASCUS MIF expression in the cells corresponding to the pathological examination of tissue, a high degree of lesions with a proportion of 37.5% in LSIL lesions in a high number of total cases of 73.9% in HSIL lesions in the high 100%, suggesting MIF can increase the detection rate of HSIL.。3.MIF in CIN in part to the cytoplasm the main color, the nucleus can be seen even coloring。MIF in the CINI/inflammation group, the positive expression rate of ASCUS group, positive expression was no significant difference, MIF in high lesions, the positive expression rate of LSIL, HSIL positive expression rate was not significantly different, suggesting MIF in the cells positive rates can be largely reflect the situation in the tissues。Conclusion:preparation of cell TCT wax block can be used for biological indicators of screening for cervical lesions, MIF in normal cervical cells are not expressed in cells and tissues in their expression rate with the severity of lesions increased gradually, MIF in the cells The positive expression rate can be largely reflect the situation in the tissue, MIF can increase the accuracy of TCT detected in high rates of lesions, cervical lesions may progress to monitor the biological indicators。...
