[Objective] To investigate the clinical cases features of cervical glandular intraepithelial neoplasia(CGIN).[Method] Clinical and pathologic data of 170 cases of CGIN treated in Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital between 2002 and 2015 were retrospectively analyzed, including the basic information, the clinical manifestations, the diagnosis method, the treatment and the pathologic results, etc.[Results] Among 170 patients,75 cases(44.12%,75/170)were low grade CGIN(L-CGIN),95 cases(55.88%,95/170)were high grade CGIN(H-CGIN);37 cases(21.76%,37/170)were pure CGIN,133 cases(78.24%,133/170)were CGIN mixed with squamous epithelial lesions.Squamous abnormalities was the most common results in cervical cytology test(143 cases,84.12%),and only 24 cases(14.12%,24/170)was found cervical glandular abnormalities.Among the 37 patients diagnosed with pure CGIN,there were 17 patients(45.95%,17/37)was found cervical glandular abnormalities in cervical cytology test;while in 133 CGIN patients mixed with CIN,only 7 patients(5.62%,7/133)were found cervical glandular abnormalities, and the difference was significant(p<0.05).Among the 95 H-CGIN patients,21 patients(22.11%,21/95)were cervical glandular abnormalities in cervical cytology test;while in the 75 L-CGIN patients only 3(4.00%,3/75)were cervical glandular abnormalities. The difference of them was significant(p<0.05).There were 60 cases (35.29%,60/170)detected CGIN by colposcopy-directed biopsy,110 patients(64.71%,110/170)were diagnosed by cervical conization and hysterectomy. In these 60 cases diagnosed by colposcopy-directed biopsy,37 cases(100.0%,37/37)were pure CGIN,and only 23 patients(17.29%,23/133)were CGIN mixed with CIN.The difference was significant(p<0.05).Among the 95 H-CGIN patients, there were 54 patienst(56.84%,54/95)diagnosed by colposcopy-directed biopsy;only 6 patients(8.00%,6/75)among the 75 L-CGIN patients were diagnosed by colposcopy-directed biopsy. The difference was significant(p<0.05).Totally 89 cases of all were treated by cervical conization in which only 17 patients(19.10%,17/89)were diagnosed by colposcopy-directed biopsy. The other 72 patients(80.90%,72/89)were diagnosed CGIN after surgery.[Conclusion] CGIN often coexists with cervical squamous lesions, and pure CGIN only take up 21.76% of all CGIN.At present, cervical cytology test is the most common screening method, but only 14.12% results shows atypical glandular cells. The cytology screening positive rate of pure CGIN is higher than CGIN mixed with CIN,and H-CGIN is higher than L-CGIN.The diagnosed rate of colposcopy biopsy is higher in pure CGIN than CGIN mixed with CIN,but it is relatively low.Cervical conization has a significant value to diagnose CGIN.
