| Hyperthyroidism is caused by many kinds of etiological factors, which originated thyroid hormones over dosage. The thyroid hormones enter into blood circulation, affect general tissues and organs, make organism hyper metabolism and high mental excitement. According to the clinical features, we classify it to Chinese traditional medicine yingqi. A series clinical symptoms of Hyperthyroidism, like cardiopalmus, palpitation, fingers tremor, exophthalmia, thyroid gland swelling, bring great difficulties to patient's life. Chinese medicine has great advantage on healing of Hyperthyroidism.Goals:Analyses the distribution characteristics of Hyperthyroidism's synd rome type, study the relationship between syndrome type and the thyroid ho rmones, pave the way for syndrome differentiation in practice clinic.Methods:(1) Take the 78 patients of Hyperthyroidism, who went to DongzhiMen Hospital between 2008 Nov and 2010 Jan as example. (2) Refer to related standards, make Diagnosis and clinic record.(3)We use SPSS 13th version statistical software to analysis clinic data. All the results of the examination will be verified by the statistical methods of frequency,χ2 tests, Pearson and Spearman.Conclusion:(1)Young females is the vulnerable group against the Hypert hyroidism (2) The pathogeneses of Hyperthyroidism have something to do w ith the heredity,(3)Among the many symptoms of Hyperthyroidism, the frequ ency ranking from top to low is thyroid gland swelling, fantod, cardiopalmu s, exophthalmia, tiredness.(4)In the syndrome types, Ying xu yang kang is t he most common.(5) Thyroid hormones have the direct proportion with the syndrome. that means,the higher thyroid hormones, the worse syndromes. |
