Study On The Correlation Between Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Types And Endocrine Factors In Embryo Damage

ObjectiveThe purpose of this study is to preliminarily analyze the distribution of TCM syndrome types of Embryo Damage through epidemiological investigation,and investigate the correlation between TCM syndrome types and endocrine factors in Embryo Damage.It aims to provide reference for the objective indexes of TCM syndrome differentiation of Embryo Damage.MethodTake patients who had a history of Embryo Damage as the subject of study.All of them were admitted to xiamen hospital of TCM from January 2019 to December 2019.Collect the data of the patients' four TCM clinical diagnoses.According to the Dialectical analyzes of TCM,it can be divided into six syndromes: deficiency of kidney,deficiency of spleen,qi and blood deficiency,stagnation of liver,blood stasis and dampness and turbidity.SPSS 23.0statistical software was used for statistical processing.Logistic regression model was established to analyze the correlation between TCM syndromes and endocrine factors.ResultsAccording to the inclusion and exclusion criteria of this experiment,a total of 212 patients with Embryo Damage were investigated,including 212 patients with recovered data and 201 patients with effective data,with an effective rate of 94.8%.(1)This study shows that the number of patients with Embryo Damage is the largest among those aged 28-34 years old,accounting for 47.26%,and the highest proportion of cultural distribution is bachelor's degree,accounting for 56.22%,and the occupational distribution is led by the unemployed,accounting for 25.87%.Besides,the top three occupational types are as follows:Financial trade,medicine related,education related classes(accounted for 20.90%,13.43%,12.94% respectively),The average gestational age of Embryo Damage was 8.31±1.38 weeks,and 6-8 weeks was the most common,accounting for62.19%.The number of previous abortions ranged from 1 to 5 times,mostly 2 times,accounting for 58.71%.Patients with previous history of other uterine cavity surgery accounted for 63.28%,patients with history of passive smoking accounted for 67.16%,and patients with night habits accounted for 60.70%.(2)The distribution of TCM syndrome types of Embryo Damage was kidney deficiency,wet turbidity syndrome,liver depression,spleen deficiency,blood stasis syndrome,qi and blood deficiency.The composition ratio was 39.30%,28.86%,12.94%,11.94%,4.48% and2.49%.(3)There were statistically significant differences in the levels of prolactin,testosterone,Anti-Müllerian hormone,free thyroxine,Thyroglobulin antibody,and Thyroid peroxidase antibody among all TCM syndromes(P< 0.05).There was no difference in the distribution of other endocrine indexes in syndrome types.After pwise comparison,the spleen deficiency syndrome,kidney deficiency syndrome and liver depression syndrome were lower in T value than the wet turbidity syndrome(P< 0.05).In the AMH value,the spleen deficiency syndrome was lower than the liver depression syndrome and the wet turbidity syndrome,and the spleen deficiency syndrome and kidney deficiency syndrome were lower than the wet and cloudy syndrome(P<0.05).In the TgAb value,the blood stasis syndrome was lower thankidney deficiency syndrome(P<0.05).In the TPOAb value,the spleen deficiency syndrome and wet turbidity syndrome were lower than liver depression syndrome(P<0.05).In the FT4 value,the liver depression syndrome was lower than the wet turbidity syndrome,spleen deficiency syndrome and kidney deficiency syndrome(P< 0.05).(4)Regression analysis suggested that kidney deficiency syndrome was negatively correlated with AMH,wet turbidity syndrome was positively correlated with AMH,and liver depression syndrome was negatively correlated with T and FT4,There was no correlation between TCM syndrome type and other hormones.Conclusions(1)The distribution of TCM syndrome types of Embryo Damage was kidney deficiency,wet turbidity syndrome,liver depression,spleen deficiency,blood stasis syndrome,qi and blood deficiency.The frequency of kidney deficiency syndrome was the highest,and the frequency of wet turbidity syndrome was the second.On the whole,deficiency syndrome is greater than empirical syndrome.(2)The serum levels of T,PRL,FT4,TgAb,TPOAb and AMH of each syndrome type in TCM were significantly different.The syndrome of kidney deficiency was negatively correlated with AMH,wet turbidity syndrome was positively correlated with AMH,and liver depression syndrome was negatively correlated with T and FT4,which could provide certain reference for the treatment of Embryo Damage in clinical syndrome differentiation.
