Traditional Chinese Medicine Hyperthyroidism Hyperthyroid Rat Liver Tissue Of The Thyroid Function Of Na ~ +-k ~ +-atpase Activity Of The Impact

Purpose: To evaluate the effect of Chinese herbal medicine Jia Kang Ping Decoction on hyperthyroid rats.Material and method: After prepared as the model of hyperthyroid rats by using thyroid hormone tablets, the rats were randomized into five groups: The normal rats group, the model of hyperthyroid rats group, the Jia Kang Ping group, the Jia Kang Ping plus MMI 1. 25mg/kg group, and the MMI group respectively. 14 days later, serum TT₃, TT₄ and liver' s Na⁺-K⁺-ATPase were examined.Results:1. The serum TT₃, TT₄ and liver' s Na⁺-K⁺-ATPase of the normal rats group is lower than the model of hyperthyroid rats group obviously.2. The other groups are all lower than the model of hyperthyroid rats group.3. The serum TT₃, TT₄ and liver' s Na⁺-K⁺-ATPase of the Jia Kang Ping rats group is the same to the MMI group' s.4. The Jia Kang Ping plus MMI 1. 25mg/kg group is the same to the normal group' s.Conclusion: Chinese herbal medicine Jia Kang Ping can effectively reduce the serum thyroid hormone and liver' s Na⁺-K⁺-ATPase of hyperthyroid rats. The effect of Jia Kang Ping plus MMI 1.25mg/kg group is better than the others.
