Objective:To investigate regulating cycle effect of Qing jing San in treating Advanced menorrheation of Blood heat syndrome.Methods:By the randomized method, 80 cases of patients were divided into the experiment group(60 cases) and the control group(20 cases). The patients in the exper --iment group accepted Qing Jing San; The patients in the control group accepted Gu Jing Wan.The days of Menstrual cycle and Luteal phase were evaluated, and the signs symptoms,symptoms of chinese medicine were observed before and after treatment. Results: In the experiment group,regulating cycle effect:28 cases was full recovery.10 cases was significantly effective.15 cases was effective.Inefficacy was in 7 cases.The cure rate was 46.67%.Effective rate was 88.33% of the total.Efficacy of Chinese medicine syndrome:31 cases was fully recovered.13 cases was significantly effective.14 cases was effective.Inefficacy was in 2 cases.The cure rate was 51.67%.96.67% of the total was effective rate.In the control group, regulating cycle effect:9 cases was full recovery.4 cases was significantly effective.3 cases was effective.inefficacy was in 4 cases.The cure rate was 45.00%.Effective rate was 80.00% of the total.Efficacy of Chinese medicine syndrome: 10 cases was fully recovered.7 cases was significantly effective.2 cases was effective.Inefficacy was in 1 cases.The cure rate was of 50.00%.95.00% of the total was effective rate.Conclusion: It has significant effect that Qing Jing San treats of Advanced men --struation of Blood heat syndrome definitely. Qing jing San exerts the regulating cycl --e effect and alleviates the symptoms in treating Advanced menorrheation of Blood heat syndrome definitely.
