| Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect and ill effect of jianxiniantongfang in treating knee joint osteoarthritis,and to explore its possible mechanism and methods.Methods:First,the guideline of choosing and excluding case is established and the scoring criterion is set down.Then according to the guideline, sixty cases are divided into experimental and control group, experimental group was given jianxiniantongfang and zhuangguguanjiewan placebo treatment, Control group was given zhuangguguanjiewan and jianxiniantongfang placebo treatment.In the course of four weeks treatment,efficacy and side-effects were observed.At last evaluated the clinical curative effect of treatment group and control group.Results:the two are quite diference in their clinical efficacy with pretreatment and post-treatment symptom in testing and contrastive groups. Besides, the treatment group is superior to the controllg group in improving symptoms and relieving pains.Conclusion:The present trail indicates that both the two therapy have beneficial on knee osteoarthritis。In addition, the treatment group was more significant in therapeutic efficacy.It had no side-effect. |
