| Objective Discuss the imaging methods of joint MRI when curing the cruciateligament injury of knee joint; analyze the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of MRIdiagnostic. Then evaluate the MRI’s clinical applications in the cruciate ligament injury ofknee joint. Methods Collect from August2009to December2010, with MRI, scan and trackthe patients who were clinically suspected knee ligament damage, randomly select50caseswho are clinical arthroscopy or treatment within one week after scanning as research subjects.Compare the MRI signs and MRI diagnosis with the arthroscopic intraoperative andpostoperative diagnosis, analyze the correlation between MRI signs and diagnosis, andevaluate the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of MRI diagnostic. Results Among50patients,8patients are bilateral knee cruciate ligament injury, a total of58lesions of the knee; including51ACL injuries, MRI diagnosis sensitivity is96.2%,specificity is100%, accuracy is96.6%.10PCL injuries, MRI diagnosis sensitivity is about90.9%, specificity is95.7%, accuracy is94.8%.The direct signs of MRI has a high sensitivity, speScificity and positive Predictive Value, it is the main basis for the diagnosis, though theindirect signs of MRI is high, the specificity is low, when lacking of direct signs, a cleardiagnosis can not be available, MRI indirect signs will be great reference value.ConclusionMRI has a high diagnostic accuracy on the cruciate ligament injury of knee joint, can provideaccurate images for clinical; it is the most important imaging method of cruciate ligamentinjury. |
