Objective: To observe the effect of oral administration with the Diprospan andSodium Hyaluronate Injection knee cavity injection method for the improvement ofclinical symptoms of knee osteoarthritis, signs, and observe the effect of decoction with theclinical effect of the treatment of knee osteoarthritis in the knee joint cavity injectionexplore the mechanism of this method of prevention and treatment of knee osteoarthritis,further to provide a new and effective method for the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee.Methods: The clinical selection of the60cases of knee osteoarthritis patients, all patientsfrom the orthopedic clinic of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University ofTraditional Chinese Medicine in September2010to November2011.60patients wererandomly divided into treatment group and control group,30each of the two groups ineach group. The treatment group were treated with Chinese medicine decoction takenorally, with of Diprospan and Sodium Hyaluronate Injection knee joint cavity injection(two weeks before a single injection Diprospan, five weeks after a single injection SodiumHyaluronate Injection). Control group of Diprospan the Sodium Hyaluronate Injectionknee joint cavity injection (two weeks before a single injection Diprospan, five weeks aftera single injection Sodium Hyaluronate Injection). After treatment, we use SPSS statisticalsoftware analysising clinical efficacy. Results:.(1) Two groups of patients matched-pairanalysis, P <0.05, the two treatment methods have a good effect on osteoarthritis of theknee.(2)two groups of cases of end of treatment, symptoms signs score of treatment groupand control group difference P <0.05, the treatment method of the treatment group than thecontrol group.(3) treatment after the end of the five main symptoms of the treatment groupand control groups, signs points, P <0.01, treatment group long-term clinical efficacy ofknee osteoarthritis significantly, which can effectively improve and eliminate the clinicalsymptoms of KOA and arthritis, improve and promote the recovery of joint function,improve patients’ quality of life, it is worth further research and extension...
