Objective:Understanding of kindergarten pre-school children in Shenyang recurrent respiratory tract infections and related factors.Materials and Methods:From August 2007 to August 2008,to investigate the repeated incidence of respiratory tract infections of 7773 kindergarten pre-school children at five Regions of the Shenyang.The production of the questionnaire,The use of a volume of one-on-one form of the questionnaire,by trained medical personnel in charge of their parents or caregivers to carry out the survey.Results:1.The 7773 pre-school children were investigated,of which 3014 cases of incidence,morbidity 38.8%.2.Through X2 test,obtained in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection of a total of 19 influencing factors, namely:gender,age,allergy history,history of allergic diseases, a particular kind of food,anorexia,outdoor activities,father's occupation,father smoking,Father of the history of respiratory diseases,allergies father,mother,professional,mother respiratory history,history of allergic mothers,room temperature, ventilation family,feeding patterns,health status of mothers during pregnancy,prenatal passive smoking.The monthly family income,living space,father education,mother education,mother smoking,family resident population,the availability of birth asphyxia,birth methods,birth weight,gestational age,time to add complementary factors such as whether the risk of children recurrent respiratory tract infection does not affect.3.Through the Logistic regression analysis,come to room temperature,ventilation family,feeding patterns,health status of the mother during pregnancy that affect children with recurrent respiratory tract infection risk factors.Conclusion:1.2007 in August to August 2008 in Shenyang City kindergarten pre-school children with recurrent respiratory tract infection incidence of 38.8%.2.Recurrent respiratory tract infection risk factors are four: room temperature,ventilation family,feeding patterns,health status of the mother during pregnancy.3.Recurrent respiratory tract infection-related factors of 15: sex,age,allergy history,history of allergic diseases,a particular kind of food,anorexia,outdoor activities,the father of history of respiratory disease,respiratory disease history of the mother,father,history of allergy,the mother allergy history, father occupation,mother occupation,the father of smoking, passive smoking fetal period.4.Of recurrent respiratory tract infection in 11 unrelated factors:family income,living space,the parent education,parent education,parent smoking,family resident population,the availability of birth asphyxia,birth methods,birth weight, gestational age,add the complementary time.
