| Purpose: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Keyu shushen Particle on the Dysthymia of stagnation of liver-QI,and from theory and clinical research system to explore two aspects of Keyu shushen Particle in the treatment of Dysthymia of stagnation of liver-QI mechanism.Method: Clinical choose into the standard of Dysthymia of stagnation of liver-QI with 48 cases,were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group use Keyu shushen Particle,and the contrast group use Fluoxetine. Each group to four weeks for one course of treatment, continuous treatment of the two treatments.Observation of two drugs on the treatment of dysthymia of stagnation of liver-QI clinical efficacy.Result: Clinical HAMD score to determine the standard analysis:for the treatment group , total remarkable progress rate 33.33% and total effective rate 83.33 %;for the contrast group,total remarkable progress rate 25.00%,total effective rate 79.16 %。there is no statistic difference between all patterns(P>0.05).Analysis of Total Effective Rate by Traditional Chinese Medicine Symptom: For the treatment group, the remarkable healing rate 41.67%,and the total effective rate 87.50%; for the contrast pattern,the remarkable healing rate 8.33%,total effective rate 58.33%.Treatment group and control group efficacy syndromes exist significant differences. Help to improve the TCM Syndrome, the therapeutic drug is superior to the control drug.Conclusion: Treatment group and control group in the treatment of patients of the Dysthymia of stagnation of liver-QI with Hamilton Depression Rating Scale score to determine no significant difference;Treatment group and control group in the efficacy of TCM Syndrome exist significant differences;Test group than in the control group had no significant adverse reactions,and it is worth to research and spread for application。... |
