Objective:Observed dysthymia stagnation of liver-QI Rats changes before and aftertreatment by weight and behavior, and the determination of the corticosterone andGlucocorticoid in serum,explore Shugan liqi Tiaoshen method mechanism of dysthymiastagnation of liver-QI Rats.Methods:1. There were60male Wistar rats randomly assigned by divided into sixgroups: control group, model group, fluoxetine group, Keyu shushen Particle divided intohigh, medium and low groups,every group has ten rats.2. In chronic unpredictable mild irritation and method of feeding alone dysthymic ratmodel.3. In the model1,8,15,22,29days, observed the animal weight, sugar consumption,open field test data changes.4. The36th day of the experiment the rats were killed, the abdominal aorta blood andserum was separated. serum levels of rats in GC, CORT using enzyme-linked immunosorbentassay, observe influence of Keyu shushen Particle to dysthymia stagnation of liver-QI Rats’GC and CORT levels.Results:1. Keyu shushen Particle impacts on weight and behavior in dysthymia rats:Compared with model group, Keyu shushen Particle each dose group and fluoxetine groupwere weight gain, increased water consumption of sucrose, open-field test scores rise, nosignificant difference between comparing with Keyu shushen Particle group and fluoxetinegroup;2. Keyu shushen Particle impact dysthymia stagnation of liver-QI Rats on content of GCand CORT in serum: Compared with model group, the serum of each treatment drugintervention group GC content decreased (P <0.05), CORT levels lower (P <0.05),comparedwith the same pharmacological effects between Keyu shushen Particle and fluoxetine, noapparent dose-response relationship;Conclusion:1. Preparation of stagnation of liver-QI can be used in animal models ofchronic unpredictable mild stress stimulation combined with solitary complex modelingmethods support. 2. Experimental results show that: Keyu shushen Particle can be adjusted by changingthe weight, behavior, etc., reduce the levels of glucocorticoids and serum corticosterone,dysthymia improve depressive symptoms in rats, and its efficacy and fluoxetine fairly.3. Keyu shushen Particle has treatment effective, at least by reducing the content of GCor CORT to make hyperactive hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenaline axis suppressed, for amore in-depth research and development has a certain value.
