Purpose:Observed in rat liver syndrome dysthymia changed by learning and behavioralweight before and after treatment were measured in serum hippocampus cyclic adenosinemonophosphate (Cyclic Adenosine monophosphate CAMP) levels and explore the liver qi Tiaoshenmethod dysthymia Qi Stagnation studies in rats regulatory mechanisms.Method:1The experimental rats were randomly divided into six experimental groups.2.using chronic unpredictable mild stimulation (CUMS)(7different ways to select a week)combined single solitary cage monoculture dependent way to make long-term feelings of ratunpredictable chronic irritation, which develop into experimental liver dysthymia stagnation ratmodel.3.By measuring changes in body weight of rats and observed behavior and sugar-consumingcompared to test whether the model is successful, the corresponding test g Yu Shu God particletreatment of dysthymia efficacy.4.Using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, and serum levels of cAMP in thehippocampus, inspection grams Yu Shu God particle (hereinafter referred to as TCM) in thetreatment of dysthymia affect the mechanism of antidepressant action.Result:1.TCM changes dysthymia experimental animal body weight in rats and influence onbehavior:(compared with the model group), TCM group and fluoxetine group of rats showed anincrease in weight of the sugar consumed increases, Open-Field score increases, no significantdifference between the TCM group and fluoxetine group;2.Impact of changes in the hippocampus of the Medicines dysthymia cAMP levels in rats withexperimental animals:(compared with the model group), cAMP medicine hippocampus of ratswas significantly higher (P <0.05), the Medicines and fluoxetine group phase compared with thesame pharmacological effects, no significant dose-response relationship;3.Impact of changes in the TCM group dysthymia experimental animal serum levels of cAMP inrat:(compared with the model group), serum levels of cAMP TCM group was significantly higher(P <0.05), the Medicines and fluoxetine group compared with the same pharmacological effects, noapparent dose-response relationship.Conclusion:1.This experiment, we selected chronic unpredictable mild stimulation (chronic unpredictable stress, CUMS)(Weekly select seven different stimulation methods) combined singlesolitary cage monoculture dependent way, experimental models are stable, close to the onsetdysthymia Features, is the ideal model.2.The research showed that gram Yu Shu God particle experiments can be adjusted serumlevels of cAMP in rat hippocampus and, thereby improving the behavior of a rat model ofdysthymia. Has some experimental evidence, worthy of further research and development.
