Objective Patients with common mood disorders(Mild Depressive disorder,Minor Depression and dysthymia)have experience of pain and negative influence on social function. But limited attention has been paid to these problems that lead to a very low rate of hospital visits and treatment.Traditional group cognitive behavioral therapy consumes more time and labor costs in implementation.Based on the previous research, this study developed the Internet-based Structured Group Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(IGCBT),which was developed in the form of remote video and compared to Structured Group Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(GCBT)group to evaluate its effectiveness and feasibility,in order to provide a new option for these patients with common mood disorders.Method 1.The randomized design was used in this study, which was divided into the IGCBT group and the GCBT group. Each group included 6 to 8 patients. They would have 12sessions(1.5 hours per session)in a frequency of once a week. The relevant indicators were evaluated at baseline,4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks during follow-up period.2.Scales of HAMD-17,HAMA,GAF,ETISR-SF,Qol-6,PSSS,were used to evaluate clinical symptoms, functionand other related factors of patients recruited in the present study. The primary efficacy assessment index is the reduction of HAMD-17 in minutes and the feasibility of index is the patient attendance and full-rate as a result of the fall.3.The original data in this study was processed by SPSS 20.0.Based on the implementation of the Intentionality analysis(ITT analysis),the shedding case uses the last observation value carry-over method(LOCF)for data statistics, mainly related to the statistical methods are chi-square test, two independent samples of the Mann-whitney U test,The Wilcoxon rank of two paired samples and the variance analysis of the test and repeated measurements.Result 1.The present study included 45 cases of effective common mood disorders cases, including 25 cases of IGCBT group and 20 cases of GCBT group. There were no statistically significant differencess in the basic demographic data between the two groups.2.The efficiency of IGCBT for common mood disorders Depressive symptoms and anxiety symptoms of patients can be significantly reduced by IGCBT(Z=-3.776,P<0.001;Z=-3.384,P<0.01),while improving the general social function(P<0.001)and quality of life of patients(Z=-4.384,P<0.001).There was no significant difference in the improvement of depression and anxiety symptoms in patients with mild depression compared with the GCBT group using the same treatment manual(Z=-0.859,P>0.05;Z=-0.254,P>0.05).3.The feasibility of IGCBT for common mood disorders There was no significant difference in the attendance rate between the IGCBT group and the GCBT group,(Z=-1.000,P>0.05)and there was no significant difference between the two groups on the fall off rate(Z=3.417,P>0.05).Conclusion The IGCBT and the GCBT of are quite effective;suggesting that the study of the treatment program is more operational and has a high feasibility.
