Capillaris Wulingsan Flavored Treatment Of Chronic Hepatitis B Damp Clinical Research

Objective:Observing the therapeutic effect and security of modified Artenisiae Scopariae and Poriae Powder in treating chronic hepatitis B of Dampness-heat Retention Spleen.this is effective medidne in treating chronic hepatitis B.Methods:60 patients of chronic hepatitis B of Dampness-heat Retention Spleen were divided into treatmnent group(n-30) and control group(n=30) randomly.The therapeutic group were treated with modified Artenisiae Scopariae orally 150ml twice a day;The control group was treated with hu gan ning tablets,taken 1.4 g and 3 times every day.Both trials continued for 12 weeks.Observe the total clinical efficacy,the various syndromes,liver fuction and the drug Safety Evaluation of the patients before and after treatment.And Analysis of statistical methods used were compared between the two groups before and after treatment the difference.Results:1.Observing the total efficacy:In the treatment group,whose overall effective rate was 86.7%;33.3%cases showed excellent results and 53.3%effective Analysis of statistical methods showed that there were significant differences,the total efficacy of modified Artenisiae Scopariae and Poriae Powder in treating chronic hepatitis B of Dampness-heat Retention Spleen is better than hu gan ning group.2.Observing(the chinese medicine) various syndromes:The two groups after treatment than before has significant differences,the other syndromes compared the control group has significant differences expect hydrodipsia hypodynamia and abdominal distension,It showed that the treatment group was better than the control group3.Observing efficacy of various liver fuction(1) ALT,AST:After treatment,the treatment group has showed that there were significant differences.(p＜0.01),the control group has showed that there were significant differences.(p＜0.05),It show that the both group was superior in the reduction of ALT and AST.But the control group was superior than control group.(2) After treatment,Both group has showed that there were significant differences.(p＜0.05),compared with the control group,the treatmnent group has showed that there were significant differences.(p＜0.05),It show that the both group was superior in the reduction of TBiL.But the control group was superior than control group.(3) After treatment, Both group has showed that there were significant differences.(p＜0.05) the control group has showed that there were significant differences.(p＜0.05),It shows that the control group was superior than control group.Conclusion:modified Artenisiae Scopariae and Poriae Powder has effect hepato-protective and descend transaminase function,As a effective medication mode,It is worth the clinical promotion.
