Objective:This study explored the assosiation between FEUA(fraction excretion of uric acid) and the coronary artery disease. Methods:Get through 106 coronary angiographic defined hospitalized cases. All the cases are divided into non-coronary heart disease and cononary heart disease group according to the coronary angiographic result. And CHD group is divided into single pathological changes group, double pathological changes group and three pathological changes group.measure the fraction excretion of uric acid of all cases. At the same time, record other factors for cononary heart disease, including sex, age, obesity, hypertension, type 2 diabetes,dyslipidemia.single-factor correlation analysis,multi-stepwise regression analysis and logistic analysis are used to approach the relationship between FEUA and the cononary heart disease。Results:(1)Serum uric acid concentration in CHD group was markedly higher than NCHD group(P<0.05).FEUA in CHD group was markedly lower than NCHD group (P<0.05).The difference of FEUA between CHD groups is statistical significance(P<0.05).(2)By single-factor correlation analysis,The degree of coronary artery lesion and the count of coronary artery lesion are both negatively correlated to FEUA.(3)Multi-stepwise regression analysis shows that triglycerid, body mass index, glycosylated hemoglobin are significantly correlated with the degree of coronary artery lesion.FEUA is not significantly correlated with the degree of coronary artery lesion.(4)logistic analysis shows that FEUA is significantly correlated with the coronary heart disease. Conclusions:FEUA is significantly related to the morbility of coronary heart disease, but it is not related to the degree of coronary artery lesion。...
