Objective To investigate the relationship between UA and coronary artery disease and left ventricular function. Methods Choose 288 patients randomly, who went to hospital because of chest pain, chest tightness,or myocardial ischemia indicated by electrocardiogram or other routine examinations. The patients were adimitted by The first affiliated hospital of anhui medical university from January 2017 to June 2018.According to the difference of uric acid level, the patients were divided into two groups:normal uric acid group and hyperuricemia group. There were 196 patients in normal uric acid group and 92 patients in hyperuricemia group.According to the number of coronary lesion vessels, the two groups were divided into four different grades: normal uric acid 0-vessel lesion group 78 cases;normal uric acid 1-vessel lesion group 55 cases;normal uric acid 2-vessel lesion group 43 cases;normal uric acid 3-vessel lesion group20 cases. The hyperuricemia group was also divided into hyperuricemia 0-vessel lesion group(18 cases),hyperuricemia 1-vessel lesion group(22 cases),hyperuricemia2-vessel lesion group(26 cases),hyperuricemia 3-vessel lesion group(26 cases). The Gensini scores of coronary stenosis in normal uric acid group and hyperuricemia group were calculated to compare the relationship between uric acid level and coronary lesion. All patients were divided into coronary heart disease group(185 cases)and non-coronary heart disease group(103 cases). The relationship between risk factors and coronary heart disease was analyzed one by one.Finally,185 patients with confirmed coronary heart disease were divided into two groups according to left ventricular ejection fraction: normal left ventricular function and left ventricular dysfunction. Results: 1.There was no significant difference in diabetes, obesity and age between NUA and HUA(P > 0.05).2.The number of coronary lesion vessels in NUA was significantly lower than that in HUA(P < 0.05).3.Gensini score of NUA was also lower than that of HUA(P < 0.05).4.The level of SUA in left ventricular dysfunction group was higher than that in group with normal left ventricular function. Conclusion By comparing the clinical data of hyperuricemia group and normal uric acid level group, the following conclusions were drawn: after excluding the general differences of diabetes mellitus, obesity and age,etc.1.The elevated level of serum uric acid in patients with confirmed coronary heart disease is higher than that in patients without coronary heart disease. The elevated level of uric acid may be involved in the occurrence of coronary heart disease.2.The number of coronary lesion vessel,Gensini score and left ventricular function in hyperuricemia group were more serious than those in normal uric acid group, suggesting that uricemia is closely related to the degree of coronary artery lesion and left ventricular dysfunction in coronary heart disease;hyperuricemia can be regarded as one of the risk factors of coronary heart disease.
