Objective To investigate the distribution of rick factors between stroke subtype and coronary heart disease (CHD) in inner mogolia province tongliao city, so as to provide reference value for further developing prevention and treatment of stroke and CHD.Methods Selected 10 general hospital above 2 class in inner mogolia province tongliao city. Extracted all the medical records of 2003-2005 years in Department of Medical Neurology and Cardiovascular Internal Medicine to our investigative need, carryed on retrospective investigation analysis on the data. The methods of statistical analysis: The database of Epidata was transformed to SPSS database. Single- and multiple-factor non-conditional Logistic regression analysis of SPSS 13.0 software package was used to analyze the data(α=0.05,β=0.10.were the inclusive criteria). The distribution differences of risk factors for three diseases were compared. Chi-square test and t-test was used to analysis the base condition of the diseases.Results1.In tongliao city, cerebral infarction(CI) and intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH) to the total stroke was 55.4% and 40.6% respectively;2.The CI patients did not have monthly distribution(r=0.0434, P=0.062), but that existed in the ICH and CHD patients(P<0.01);3.The mortality rate of CI,ICH and the CHD were1.7%,5.9%,2.1% respectively;the mortality of the ICH was much higher than that of CI, was 3.3 times that of CI and was 2.8 times that of CHD(P =0.000), there is no difference between CI and CHD;4.The proportion of the paralysis for CI and ICH to the total number of stroke was 41.2% and 37.4% respectively;the latter higher than the former(P=0.000); 5.The average days of hospitalization for the CI was 7.00 days, for the ICH was 10.00 days and for the CHD was 6.00 days, the difference had statistical significances (P=0.000).The average days of the CHD was shortest, that was followed by the CI and ICH, that of the ICH was longest;6.The proportion of discharged from hospital one week and two weeks for the CI were 46.2% and 72.9%,that for the ICH were 58.5% and 75.4%,for the CHD were 41.9% and 69.8%;7.The average SBP of the CI and ICH was above the normal average blood pressure in different age groups, and ICH was higher than the CI about 20mmHg, the CI was higher than the CHD about 10mmHg;8.The average DBP of the CI(except the age group 80~,the average DBP was 83.64mmHg)and ICH was above the normal average blood pressure in different age groups, and ICH was higher than the CI about 10mmHg,the CI was higher than the CHD about 10mmHg;9.In the CI hospitalization case, 2 and 3 degree hypertension accounted for 51.8%,that for the CHD was 34.5% and for the ICH was 77.7%,only the 3 degree hypertension was to 56.5%;10.Compared with CHD, 5 risk factors:male, hypertension, hypertension history , nation and cholesterol were higher in the CI than in the CHD,the OR(95%CI) were 2.405(1.997~2.895),1.940(1.596~2.360),1.539(1.288~1.838),1.328(1.081~1.631),1.271(1.146~1.410) respectively;11.Compared with CHD,4 risk factors: hypertension, history of hypertension ,GLU and male were higher in the ICH,the OR(95%CI) were 8.262(5.466~12.491),2.352(1.819~3.042),1.961(1.514~2.540),1.726(1.313~2.270) respectively.Conclusion1.In tongliao city, CI and ICH to the total stroke was 55.4% and 40.6% respectively; the CI patients did not have monthly distribution, but that existed in the ICH and CHD patients; the mortality of the ICH was highest; the proportion of the paralysis for ICH was higher than the CI; the average days of the CHD was shortest, that was followed by the CI and ICH, that of the ICH was longest; 2.The average DBP of the CI (except the age group 80~,the average DBP was 83.64mmHg) and ICH was above the normal average blood pressure in different age groups, and ICH was higher than the CI about 10mmHg,the CI was higher than the CHD about 10mmHg; in the CI hospitalization case, 2 and 3 degree hypertension accounted for 51.8%,that for the CHD was 34.5% and for the ICH was 77.7%,only the 3 degree hypertension was to 56.5%;3.Compared with CHD,5 risk factors:male, hypertension, hypertension history, nation and cholesterol were higher in the CI than in the CHD, the OR(95%CI) were 2.405(1.997~2.895),1.940(1.596~2.360),1.539(1.288~1.838),1.328(1.081~1.631),1.271(1.146~1.410) respectively; compared with CHD, 4 risk factors: hypertension, history of hypertension ,GLU and male were higher in the ICH,the OR(95%CI) were 8.262(5.466~12.491),2.352(1.819~3.042),1.961(1.514~2.540),1.726(1.313~2.270) respectively.
